Central Coast Community Energy (CCCE) enrollment for Net Energy Metering (NEM) residential and commercial customers with solar and/or battery storage in Goleta, Carpinteria, and unincorporated Santa Barbara County will begin in January 2022. NEM customers in Goleta should have received their initial pre-enrollment postcards this past November and will continue to receive mail notifications through February.
