As part of its first steps towards economic recovery, Goleta City Council approved two new programs targeted to help Goleta’s business community during these challenging economic times. While the programs are not live yet, small businesses located in the city of Goleta will have the opportunity to apply for either a loan up to $20,000 or a grant up to $10,000. Once the programs begin accepting applications, the City will share on its various outreach platforms.
