The City of Goleta wants to acknowledge Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics for the great work they do. With seven locations in Goleta, Isla Vista and Santa Barbara, the organization provides high quality, comprehensive, affordable healthcare to all people, regardless of their ability to pay, in an environment that fosters respect, compassion and dignity.
