Chuck Flacks, City of Goleta Homelessness Services Coordinator said, “The City of Goleta has made great progress helping people experiencing homelessness find housing as part of our own Homelessness Strategic Plan. Now, thanks to SB ACT, we have a chance to strengthen our partnership across the South County from Gaviota to Carpinteria. Our collaboration means more resources and more options for helping people make it home.”
