Also, save the date for our Summer Reading Program Kick-Off, Saturday, June 6 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. We’ll be sharing more information soon about our biggest annual program, encouraging our whole community to read all summer long.

Senior Happy Hour
Thursday, May 7, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Join us for a lively craft event to laugh, socialize, and create something beautiful. All supplies provided.
Poetry Club Sunday
Sunday, May 17, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Read a favorite poem or simply enjoy the voices of others in this welcoming space.
Film Club: Singin’ in the Rain (1952)
Thursday, May 21, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
The transition from silent films to ‘talkies’ is not smooth but it’s filled with color, romance, comedy and incredible dance numbers. Stay for lively discussion, trivia & fun facts after the movie.
Mystery Book Club: The Postscript Murders by Elly Griffiths
Tuesday, May 26, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Murder leaps off the page when crime novelists begin to turn up dead in this intricate new novel by internationally best-selling author Elly Griffiths.
Goodland Yarn Works

Baby & Me Storytime
Every Friday, 10:00 – 10:30 a.m., Rotating Parks
Join us for a relaxed storytime with happy songs, lap bounces, a short story, fun bubbles, and parachute play.
Wiggly Storytime
Every Friday, 10:30 – 11:00 a.m., Rotating Parks
We’ll do stories, songs, a dance party, and bubbles. Best for ages 15 months – 5 years.
Tech Tutoring
Every Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and by appointment at Goleta Valley Library Express
